Follow Me Home partners with local US-based human rights, crimes against humanity, and war-crime investigatory organizations to support legal action facilitating resettlement of Afghan and Ukrainian refugees. Your financial assistance for these local organizations with a world-wide reach is greatly appreciated.
Successes
Our organization helped fund the successful rescue of one of the highest profile women’s rights leaders in Afghanistan via US-based connections. While her resettlement is in process, we continue to assist with fees for visa renewal, clothing, and other necessities.
We are happy to report assisting another Afghan family in need. Their infant child was injured in a terrorist attack and needed surgery, but the family required help to stay together. We were able, due to the generosity of our donors, to supply financial assistance for their reunification necessary for long term resettlement efforts. An update from national news can be found here.

“Am I my brother’s keeper?” asked Cain in Genesis. The resounding answer of people of good will echoing down to our present age is resoundingly “Yes!” And, interestingly, “keep” in Old English referred to the keep of the castle, the safest and most secure place to dwell when under threat.
The people our organization serve are those who desperately need the “keep” we can provide with help from good people like you. Just as they cannot go it alone, neither can we. We all need each other to fight forces of oppression in the human family. And the need is urgent! The refugees we’re seeking to help currently are Afghans who face terror and imminent starvation. We want to facilitate rescue and provide the security of a safe place to land and call home. Like most things, this entails a great deal of expense, nearly all of which goes to fund the release and resettlement of refugees. None of our board members are reimbursed for their generous time and services.
In this work, time is of the essence. No time can be wasted because every moment that is not moving toward rescue and resettlement can be the difference between life and death for desperate souls fleeing persecution.
